As the go-to contact for onsite questions, he has a steady presence in the field and a sharp eye on the bigger picture. Known for juggling multiple irons in the fire without breaking a sweat, Jim thrives on momentum, problem-solving, and forward motion. He makes sure each project stays on track, on schedule, and ready for whatever comes next, including the next great idea.

As the Project Liaison, Kate is the grounding force that brings every detail into alignment. She believes in showing up, doing the work, and keeping things honest and simple. Off the clock, Kate keeps a simple philosophy; if it can't be measured on a good time scale, it's not worth the trouble.

In her role as Office Administrator, Becky is the quiet force behind the scenes, who brings order to our creative process. She wrangles schedules, details, and logistics with calm precision, freeing our design and build teams to do what they do best. With an intuitive grasp of project flow, Becky ensures that every inspired idea is anchored to a project plan and comes together as planned. After all, in her world, organization and efficiency are nothing short of sacred.
